🔧 Belts are one of those jobs you really don’t want to put off.
This one came in for a replacement timing and auxiliary belt, and you can already see cracking developing across the old belt.
It’s a good example of why age and mileage intervals matter, even when there are no obvious problems and the car is driving perfectly normally.
Timing and auxiliary belts are service items, and replacing them on time is far cheaper than dealing with the damage that can follow if one fails.
Keep on top of the interval. A new belt now could save a much bigger bill later. 🔧
