⭐ Closed for 2 weeks ⭐

Telford Auto Electrics will be closed for the following two weeks to recharge our batteries and relax in the sun!

Having read the latest government advice and made many calls to local suppliers and car dealerships we at Telford Auto Electrics Ltd have no choice but to remain in limited operation. As before we are still here for advice and will book in and repair anything we are able to do so safely during these trying times but full opening hours and repairs are just not possible at this time.

We will do our best to help as many people as we can and once again today was in the privileged position to offer a free diagnosis and repair to a young NHS worker. You guys are amazing and we will support you however we can!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our customers. We really do appreciate every one of you. We have up to this point managed to open as normal and you guys have adhered to our requests of social distancing and contactless transactions.
With the ever increasing numbers of people affected around the world, more people than ever before are now cancelling or not turning up to bookings. We are happy to see that people are taking this situation seriously and choosing to stay indoors and isolate.
We have decided that now is the right time for us to follow suit and temporarily close our doors to the public. We do this to protect ourselves, our families and you, our customers. Our phone lines will remain open and emails will be answered. We will do our very best to offer any help we can including free advice but only absolute emergencies will be attended.
All currently booked work will be contacted.
We will be keeping a close eye on government guidelines and will review this in 2 weeks time.

If you are a key worker in an emergency please do contact us. We will do everything on our power to keep you moving! You guys are amazing, keep up the good work.

Due to the current situation regarding the Coronavirus, we are taking extra precautions to protect our customers and ourselves. We are using gloves and sanitisers and regularly washing our hands. If you are experiencing symptoms or have been around anyone who is, please cancel your appointment and we will rebook you in at a more safe and suitable day and time. We will be open until we are instructed to close, in which case, we will make our customers aware of this. We wish everybody well, take care and stay safe.

We were excited to receive our latest challenge all the way from Spain. Our customer has had no luck getting this lovely car fixed at local garages there so shipped it to us on a recommendation. We are happy to report that we have the car up and running again and the customer came personally this morning to collect.
