A few weeks ago we replaced Pads on a 2012 Fiat Ducato.

Whilst doing that we advised the customer he had a worn bush on the offside lower arm.

Well we received a call yesterday for exactly that and a leaky injector.

Well collected his vehicle, took it too our unit, replaced what was needed and delivered his vehicle back to him.

Customer contacted us to take a look at their 2012 Ford B-Max with loss of power steering after hitting a pothole.

We jacked her up to asses and identify any damage found to suspension and steering components.

Luckily there was none.. all we found was some slightly split wiring.

After repairing that, a scan and a steering rack relearn the power steering was back at full capacity.

Customer contacted us to replace pads on his 2012 Fiat Ducato.

Quick and easy job he sure got his use out of those pads!

Reason being the previous garage who he usually takes his van to be maintained had only cut and tied back his brake wear sensors on both sides!

Unsure as to why this had been done we rectified the wiring and she’s as good as new!

Customer contacted us with a coolant pressurising issue on their 2014 Renault Master III.

Customer had informed us of a recent water pump, EGR cooler and other works that had been carried out on the engine but it still wasn’t right.

Upon inspection we noticed that this secondary electric water pump had failed.

We ordered and replaced the pump and she was slightly better however now bringing up codes for the thermostat.

We have ordered one that will be arriving early next week so stick around to see our progress!

Customer contacted us to have a look at their 2011 Ford Galaxy PowerShift with a faulty gearbox.

Our first point of protocol is to give the car a scan with our diagnostics tool.

We took note of all codes, cleared them and took the car for a road test.

The gearbox was clearly struggling to change gears as well as rotate through Park, Reverse & Drive. Upon second scan shift solenoid D had come up so we suggested a service first to remediate the issue.

We drained and changed the gearbox oil as well as a new filter and saved our customer’s gearbox from further damage or even worse the risk of a cowboy mechanic diagnosing it as a faulty gearbox and charging the customer hundreds of pounds unnecessarily!

We also recommended an engine service as there was no proof of when it was last serviced and the code indicating dirty oil.

That’s another happy customer back on the road 🙌🏽💪🏽
