We recently investigated a 2016 Citroën C4 Grand Picasso 1.6L Diesel here at Telford Turbos, where we discovered serious internal damage to both the catalytic converter (CAT) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)! ⚠️

💨 Is your DPF doing its job?

We recently had this Citroën Berlingo in at Telford Turbos, where we discovered a failed Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) allowing soot particles to pass straight through the exhaust! 🔧

🔍 Did you know?

A DPF is designed to trap harmful soot particles produced by your diesel engine, preventing them from being released into the atmosphere.

⚠️ BLACK TAILPIPES?

If your diesel vehicle has excessive black soot around the tailpipe, it could be a sign that:

❌ Your DPF has failed internally
❌ Your DPF has been removed or tampered with
❌ Soot is passing through when it shouldn't be!

🚫 REMEMBER: Removing a factory-fitted DPF is illegal for road use in the UK and can result in an MOT failure!
