We carried out Servicing to Manufacturer Spec including updating the Idrive correctly 💻

The rear brakes were replaced also as noted on the service 🛑

Also a couple of error messages reported by the owner, and diagnosis was carried out to find root cause 🧐

A modern classic here with this Volkswagen Golf R32 ⛳️

The distinctive sound, 4 wheel drive system, and a 3.2l engine. One thing that these suffered with is sub par handling.

This Golf was still on its original dampers, and as the car is going through a freshening up process, the Bilstein dampers were decide on to improve handling aswell as in keeping with the ongoing refresh.

We had a BMW E46 M3 for a check over recently 🤩

However, customer had a complaint of knocking noises immediately after collecting the car from having rear underside restoration work elsewhere ☹️

We found numerous issues with missing fixings for covers, factory brake pipes front to rear, but then copper pipe over the axle 🤔, but worst of all, the rear diff bolts were loose (not even hand tight) and anti roll bar brackets loose 😯.

Fortunately no severe damage, but this could have been alot worse had these bolts dropped out mid road trip.

After checking and tightening everything on the rear of the car, it's now alot quieter...and safer!
