that the first ever speeding ticket was issued to a driver named Walter Arnold in Kent in 1896.

He was travelling at a whopping - 8mph!!!

Around the average speed of someone driving in traffic in this day and age!

But back then it was thought driving at that speed would greatly increase the probability of an accident.

Can you guess what the best-selling car of 2022 was?

Vauxhall and Ford usually dominate the top spot and battle it out with affordable models like the Corsa, Fiesta, Astra and Focus.

And in 2021 Vauxhall took the top selling spot with their Corsa with the number of registrations at around 38,306.

But in 2022 the Nissan Qashqai came out on top! I wonder who it will be this year!?

Who remembers getting into their car and sticking in their favourite cassette!

Yes - a cassette!

Long gone are those days.

Now we rely on connecting to our phone, a CD or digital radio.

the last car with a cassette deck to come as standard was the Lexus SC430.

Normally on a Friday we share a 'Fun Fact' but this week is a little different as our fact... is not so fun!

Delivery wait times on cars are steadily increasing in the UK and taking much longer than the usual eight or so weeks. If you are coming to the end of your lease within the next 6-12 months we would recommend ordering your replacement soon to avoid disappointment.
