So, I don’t like to moan about things and I will help anyone as much as I can, but recently I’ve been getting phone calls as early 7am and even as late as 10pm. My working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Twice now in the last month I’ve had people turning up at my house, after hours with their camper van parked in the street expecting me to help. As it happens both times I couldn’t help anyway, but that’s not the point.

I don’t work from home, I’m not set up to work from home, and turning up at 5pm on Friday evening is never going to go down very well.

I realise my business address is my home address but that’s because I’m self employed and have to list the company somewhere. I’m mobile, all my appointments are booked in advance, so for my best attention please call or txt your requirements, please don’t turn up at my house.

We ended a very busy week with 5 jobs today, a single axle service, an inspection of a damp repair and brakes for a long term customer, advice and help with a motormover, repairs on a Basecamp and topping it all off with a motorhome habitation.

We were surrounded by motorhomes today, and the sun was shining at Roden too.
