Tesla Model X Emergency Repair – London Call Out

Late tonight I received an urgent message from a customer.

She told me his Model X suddenly wouldn’t drive straight and several warnings appeared on the screen.
The car felt unstable and he was worried about continuing to drive it.

After a quick conversation, the customer sent me a few photos of the suspension area underneath the car.

From the photos it was already quite clear what had happened.

⚠️ A rear suspension control arm had failed.

When this happens the wheel alignment can shift dramatically and the car may no longer track straight, which can be very dangerous to drive.

After confirming the issue, I immediately arranged the required parts and drove from Birmingham down to London to carry out an emergency repair.

Once on site the problem was confirmed:

🔧 The rear suspension arm had completely failed.

The damaged components were replaced and the suspension checked to make sure everything was safe again. The car is now back on the road.

This is a good reminder that suspension components can sometimes fail suddenly without much warning, so any unusual handling or noises should be checked as soon as possible.
