This outboard’s trim and tilt unit came in with a seized ram, missing seals and slow operation.

We carried out a full rebuild; replacing seals, cleaning and inspecting the rams, rebuilding the motor, shot blasting and painting of the casings, and refilling with fresh hydraulic fluid.

Blocked Tell-tale?…
Trying out our new Salt-Off from starbrite. With this clever flush-muff adapter we can mix the Salt off with fresh water.
This reduced the amount of salt in the engine block to help keep the Tell-Tale running clear!
