Just wanted to introduce myself and my Food Business on the Glenshee Road just on the outskirts of Ratrray, Blairgowrie.
Snack Box A93 Food Stop Rattray
My food Kiosk is in a large Lay-bye with plenty of parking heading out of Rattray towards the Ski Slopes of Glenshee and Braemar.
I am currently open from 7.30am and will continue throughout the winter. Weekends when we have snow I shall be open from 7am.
Serving Bacon Rolls, Coffee etc

Thank you everyone that has visited me over the first 5 weeks of my new food business. It has been a learning curve and having learnt a lot and made many new friends.
I've not taken a day off since opening on 12th September so from this Sunday I will be Closed on Sundays only for the next few weeks to re charge.

Smashed 🍔 Burgers added to my
'No frills' menu, although a bit frilly with all the trimmings and the wonderfully fresh and tasty Beef supplied by
HW IRVINE Butchers of Blairgowrie.
Now also supplying my Black Pudding and Lorne Sausage.
Local favourite Texan Burgers still available as normal.
Should be having my Homemade Soup starting next week.

I have been doing a survey with my customers on our Lorne Sausage Morning Rolls.
Looks like the original traditional method is the preferred....so from tomorrow please come and sample these as this will be my way forward on this Scottish iconic food.
So for tomorrow ONLY get yourself for £2.50 (normally £3) a hot freshly cooked Lorne roll (with onions if preferred).
