One of today’s jobs. A full valet for a returning customer on their BMW.

I previously completed a gloss enhancement machine polish and ceramic coating on this vehicle and have been maintaining it since.

Now back in absolute immaculate condition inside and out

38 days until the big day…

I just wanted to give a little update with a touch over 5 weeks until I will be attempting to run 4 marathons in 24 hours to raise money for Cancer Research UK

Behind the scenes I have been training really hard, a lot of running, strength sessions and plyometrics from my coach Jamie Nemmer-thayer at Spartan Chamber Fitness Studio. I’ve been visiting Recover UK 3 times a week for regular contrast therapy and compression boots which has helped me massively with my recovery in between sessions.

I have raised an amazing £2400 so far, so thank you to everyone that’s donated or brought raffle tickets!
