🔋 What really happens during a Tesla battery repair? 👀

Today our EV technicians are working on the battery pack from a Tesla that’s currently being repaired and prepared for sale.

After safely lowering the high-voltage battery from underneath the vehicle, the battery casing is opened so every individual cell can be inspected.

Using advanced XTOOL diagnostics, we identified cells showing uneven voltage readings. The next step is a detailed cell-by-cell analysis using specialist equipment to check balance and overall condition.

This is where real EV repair begins—not just replacing parts, but understanding exactly what’s happening inside the battery and working to restore it safely and correctly.

A little update from us ❤️

Unfortunately, we’re still experiencing broadband issues, which are affecting our phone lines and internet connection and our MOT testing system.

At the moment, we’re unable to carry out MOT tests until our connection is restored, and we sincerely apologise to everyone whose appointment has been affected.

We know this has made it harder to get in touch with us, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue is with our broadband provider and is outside of our control. An engineer is scheduled to visit us tomorrow, and we’re hopeful everything will be back to normal soon.

Every milestone deserves to be celebrated. ⚡

Today, Piotr presented Rafał with a special T-shirt from our friends in Hong Kong, where we completed our specialist EV training.

Rafał has already successfully repaired a range of electric vehicles, including Audi, Nissan, Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz. But this repair was something special—our very first Tesla.

It’s a great reminder of how far we’ve come. We continue to invest in training, equipment and real-world experience so we can confidently diagnose and repair the latest generation of electric vehicles.

A big thank you to our friends in Hong Kong for this thoughtful gift and for supporting our journey.

We’re proud of our team, proud of this milestone, and excited for what’s next.
