You may pass your driving test first time, like Mr A did with me nearly 4 years ago, but your choices when you pass can impact your future if your licence is revoked. If this happens to you, don't hide from reality, face what has happened and reach out to your instructor. It took Mr A a year to reach out to me, I am so pleased he eventually did. Today he proved that seeking guidance, learning from his mistakes, becoming a better driver has helped him pass again on his first attempt.
Moral of the story, don't hide from what has happened. Your instructor will always feel a sense of responsibility and wants to always ensure you are a safe driver.

Drive It Like Mr A!💥
A huge congratulations to Mr A, who has passed his driving test today in Taunton following the expert coaching and guidance from Drive It Sharon!
Sometimes life throws us a curveball, and due to circumstances, Mr A found himself needing to retake his driving test. Rather than seeing it as a setback, he chose to see it as an opportunity to become an even better driver.
Over the course of his training with Sharon, they didn't just focus on passing another driving test. Together, they explored the reasons why he had previously lost his licence, the consequences that followed, and, most importantly, how to break old habits and replace them with safer, more positive driving behaviours.
Every lesson was about developing the knowledge, awareness and decision-making needed to become a safe, confident and responsible driver for life. The result wasn't just a pass today - it was a complete transformation in the way Mr A approaches driving.
On test day, Mr A produced a calm, confident and well-controlled drive, demonstrating excellent judgement and safe decision-making throughout. The examiner was full of praise at the end of the test, providing superb feedback that reflected the high standard of driving on display.
What makes this result especially rewarding is that, in Mr A's own words, Drive It Sharon hasn't just helped him pass his test - she has helped him "become a better driver."
We all make mistakes in life. What matters is how we respond to them. Mr A chose to learn from the past, put in the hard work and embrace coaching that has made him a safer, more responsible driver.
