Before & After: Lexmoto LXR Euro 5 2022 Restoration

From wrecked to refined — check out this complete transformation of a crashed Lexmoto LXR Euro 5 (2022). What rolled in damaged and worn has now been rebuilt with precision, care, and high-quality upgrades.

Here’s what I did:

Brand new fairings for that fresh-out-the-factory look

Replaced forks + new fork seals and fresh fork oil for smooth handling

Installed a new O2 sensor for optimal performance

Fitted Domino grips for better feel and control

Added aftermarket levers and bar ends for both style and function

Upgraded to an Akrapovic exhaust paired with a Lextek stainless steel header for that aggressive sound and performance boost

Installed a Lextek LXR tail tidy to sharpen up the rear end

Finished it off with aftermarket mirrors with built-in turn signals for a clean, modern look

This bike is now cleaner, tighter, and ready to turn heads again.

Just 24 Hours In... Look at the Progress!
Here's a Lexmoto LXR Euro 5 arrived to me yesterday looking very sorry for itself.
Fast forward just 24 hours, and look at how far it's already come!
From a bare, battered frame to starting to look like a proper bike again — the transformation is well underway.
It’s not finished yet, but you can already see the difference a little care and expertise can make.
Stay tuned for the final result — this LXR is going to be back on the road and looking better than ever soon!

From Stripped Down to Showroom Ready!

This Lexmoto LXR 2020 came to me in bits—barely any fairings, no front end, and in serious need of some love.

We gave it the full transformation:

Replaced the fork seals

Installed new O2 sensors

Rewired and tidied up the electrics

Fitted brand new fairings

Fresh paint job and custom decals to bring it all together

Now it's looking sharp, running smooth, and ready for the road again.
