This poorly Peugout came in from a main dealer would you believe!

It had just had a brand new adblue tank /pump fitted but no one thought to check why the adblue pump had failed!!!!

After a DPF consultation it was found that the adblue injector had stuck open, so much so that the adblue had crystallised on the deflector inside the DPF!

The customer opted for a new DPF to be fitted and so a quote was given for a genuine PSA DPF, this was quickly fitted along with a new adblue injector and the car was back on the road!

Who would have thought that a snapped bolts could cause so many issues!!!!

This lovely old girl came in with DPF issues, The issue was quickly identified and repaired, the DPF itself was removed and cleaned in our off car DPF cleaning cabinet and now is ready to munch some motorway as it was intended for!

2020 Ford Transit Connect in with DPF issues,

The owner contacted us after the van had been in the garage where they had tried to regenerate the DPF, unfortunately no amount of regenerations or attempted regens would have fixed the issue!

After booking in the van was treated to a DPF consultation following the plan laid out with industry leading group, the issue was quickly identified and the customer was informed.

A fully costed estimate was sent over along with a time scale, to the customer, once agreed the work was promptly carried out and the DPF was cleaned

On these Euro 6 Fords I also like to add a soot filter gauge on the dash which helps the driver see the capacity of the DPF and let's them know when a regeneration is taking place!

Last week we had a 20202 2.0 Renault Trafic in for and multiple lights on the dashboard, we had fault / error codes of 049a6 causing all sorts of carnage with the emissions systems.
The fault was narrowed down and found the low pressure EGR cooler to be causing an issue as can be seen from the pictures, we replaced the valve and cleaned the cooler due to them being on back order from Renault. after this the van was road tested which confirmed the repair, just another example why we wont just clean a DPF without diagnostics, this goes to prove no DPF clean required and at just £75 plus VAT for a DPF consultation its a no brainer giving you a deep insight into the health of your DPF, accredited DPF Doctor training we find the root cause of the issue to get you a confirmed repair.
