***EXCITING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES ADMINISTRATOR OPPORTUNITY***
We are looking for the right person to help us in our customer-focused friendly and at times busy reception as a receptionist/sales administrator based in Swindon.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:
🚗Answering incoming telephone calls; answering customer and
supplier enquiries.
🚗Making outgoing telephone calls/sending e-mails to suppliers and customers; for arranging and communicating quotations, updating on status of customer vehicles, following up quotations.
🚗Putting together customer quotations. If approved booking jobs.
🚗Creating and issuing customer invoices using Sage Accounting. Training will be provided.
🚗Copying daily used documents such as job sheets and quotation sheets when needed.
🚗Keeping the office clean and tidy.
🚗Taking cash, card and telephone payments from customers.
🚗Additional activities which may arise as the company evolves/changes/grows.
🚗Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Being able to think out-of-the-box with an ability to grow and adapt with changing business needs is desired.
A full clean driving licence is desired but not essential.
