Akron valve strip down just to change the O rings

Not what you expect to see on a 5 year old truck.
I put it down to pumping sea water and not cleaning correctly after use.

One of the jobs this week was to repair a leaking tank to pump outlet on the LFB Atego.
Now awaiting testing, probably Friday before I can get back on this job.

Today was spent at one of our customers fire stations.
Jobs included a pump strip down and clean due to the pump seized up from lime scale on the spare truck.

Next job to service a Godiva Prima pump on one of the Volvo trucks, and a service on a Godiva GP 8/5 Lpp.

We recently had a Ex LFB Atego in from a customer who is donating it to the Ukraine effort.
It required quite a bit of work to make it fit for purpose. This included.
New Primer Seal kit to be installed
3x New Pump Gauges
Large water leak around the Tank to Pump valve
DPF warning light on.

These are not the best trucks to work on but needs must I guess.

Coming towards the last few bit now and should be back with its owner next week.

This week has seen on going Annual servicing and some station visits to
carry out pump servicing along with a Night Owl repair.
Today was a small job up the yard to diagnose constant water leaking from one of the Primers.
This was determined to be the piston seals worn.

Primer repairs on a LFB Atego. collected another Atego in for an Annual service.

Another new customer in Dorset requiring a pump service this week.

Ladders
Electrical certification 110v
DVSA testing
Brake testing
Plus any faults, repairs or upgrades required.

FTS are Godiva Certified Engineers.

Recently travelled to Cumbria FRS to work on a non starting Volvo FL220 destined for Kenya.

Issue sorted and running.
