Primer repairs on a LFB Atego. collected another Atego in for an Annual service.

Another new customer in Dorset requiring a pump service this week.

Coming up we have 2 Scania’s in for Annual servicing
Engine
Gearbox
Driveline
Safety insp
Pump
Ladders
Electrical certification 110v
DVSA testing
Brake testing
Plus any faults, repairs or upgrades required.

FTS are Godiva Certified Engineers.

We recently had a customer, with an obsolete mast light that we had tried to fix but had several issues we couldn't get sorted for them.
So we decided to search for a cost effective replacement. and this is what we came up with:
24v.
2.5m mast.
Twin LED Spot & Flood lamps.
Radio controlled handset.
Fitted in the same footprint as the original.

One of this weeks jobs has been bearing replacement on another Godiva Prima Pump. Not as much movement in these as the last set I did but more of a Preventative measure.
These require a lot more work due to the introduction of the Electric magnetic Clutch assembly introduced on the Prima series.
