**BMW X6 35d: Custom Stage 1 & Gearbox Tune**

We had this daily-driven **BMW X6 35d** come to us in desperate need of some expert correction. It arrived with a damaged DPF—the unfortunate result of a poor remap carried out by another "company." They had simply cranked the fueling right up without proper calibration, causing massive amounts of excess soot to build up in the engine and exhaust system.

We got straight to work fixing the underlying faults and completely overwriting the bad software with our own fine-tuned, safe calibration. To make this heavy SUV truly effortless on the road, we paired the new engine map with a custom gearbox tune. The transformation is night and day! 📈

🔴 **Original:** 286 HP / 580 Nm
🟢 **Stage 1:** 350 HP / 680 Nm

Extracting more power from a naturally aspirated engine requires precision, and by optimizing the engine parameters to suit the hardware modifications, this M54 powerhouse is ready to drop lap times. 📈

For track use, numbers are only half the story—it’s all about how the power is delivered. We focused heavily on throttle response and engine characteristics to give the driver ultimate control when balancing the car on the limit.
