💥 Audi Q3 2.0 TDI - Engine Carbon Cleaning 💥

We visited this Audi to carry out an engine carbon clean and a custom stage 1 tune, also doing a full diagnostic test before and after our work as we do on every vehicle we visit.
Bringing back lost fuel efficiency & power, regaining throttle response, smoother combustion and an all-around healthier engine.

Our solution will safely help clean deposits from the following parts of your engine & exhaust system
EGR, turbo, pistons, spark plugs, injectors, valves, cylinder wall, sensors, catalytic converter.
DPF cleaning is a separate request to carbon cleaning.

This helps reduce emissions, improve fuel efficiency, extend engine lifespan & enhance engine performance

**BMW X6 35d: Custom Stage 1 & Gearbox Tune**

We had this daily-driven **BMW X6 35d** come to us in desperate need of some expert correction. It arrived with a damaged DPF—the unfortunate result of a poor remap carried out by another "company." They had simply cranked the fueling right up without proper calibration, causing massive amounts of excess soot to build up in the engine and exhaust system.

We got straight to work fixing the underlying faults and completely overwriting the bad software with our own fine-tuned, safe calibration. To make this heavy SUV truly effortless on the road, we paired the new engine map with a custom gearbox tune. The transformation is night and day! 📈

🔴 **Original:** 286 HP / 580 Nm
🟢 **Stage 1:** 350 HP / 680 Nm
⚡ **Gains:** +64 HP & +100 Nm torque
⛽️ **MPG:** An average of +18 less fuel consumption

# # # 💻 Custom Software Adjustments:

* **Fine-Tuned Stage 1 Map:** Corrected the dangerous over-fueling from the previous map, ensuring clean, efficient combustion while safely unlocking massive power.
* **Custom Gearbox (TCU) Tune:** Optimized shift points and torque limits to unlock plenty of low-down torque, perfectly complementing the engine's new power delivery.
* **Zero Pull-Away Lag:** Eliminated the frustrating factory hesitation when stepping on the gas, delivering instantaneous, sharp throttle response from a standstill.
* **Reliability Restored:** All faults fixed, DPF issues resolved, and engineered to our strict safety standards for total peace of mind.

Whether you need to correct a botched map from elsewhere or want to unlock the hidden, reliable potential of your daily driver, our custom calibrations are built around your specific setup.

🏁 **BMW E46 330i: Track Car Stage 2 Setup** 🏎️💨

We had this dedicated **BMW 330i track car** come to us for a custom **Stage 2 Tune** tailored specifically for circuit performance. Extracting more power from a naturally aspirated engine requires precision, and by optimizing the engine parameters to suit the hardware modifications, this M54 powerhouse is ready to drop lap times. 📈

For track use, numbers are only half the story—it’s all about how the power is delivered. We focused heavily on throttle response and engine characteristics to give the driver ultimate control when balancing the car on the limit.

🔴 **Original:** 232 HP / 300 Nm
🟢 **Stage 2:** 260 HP / 335 Nm
⚡ **Gains:** +28 HP & +35 Nm Torque (Crucial midrange & top-end gains for NA!)

# # # 💻 Custom Software Adjustments:

* **Custom Stage 2 Map:** Optimized fuel and ignition timing to extract the most out of the bolt-on modifications.
* **Adjusted VANOS Maps:** Altered variable valve timing control to maximize power delivery across the entire rev range.
* **1:1 Linear Throttle / Driver Demand Map:** Removed the unpredictable factory throttle lag. Now, the accelerator pedal acts as a direct, predictable 1-to-1 connection to the throttle body—essential for throttle steering out of corners.
* **Hardcut Limiter at 7,000 RPM:** Removed the standard soft limiter for an instantaneous, crisp hardcut when pushing the engine to its absolute limit on track and raising it to 7k rpm.

Whether you're looking to shave seconds off your track build or unlock the hidden potential of your daily driver, our custom calibrations are built around your specific setup.

Naturally aspirated V10 engines are all about top-end rush and immediate response. By pairing our custom calibration with a thorough carbon clean to clear out internal restrictions, we’ve made the throttle response incredibly sharp and unlocked extra power right across the rev range. It sounds absolutely mental and pulls harder than ever. 🔊🔥

The Stats:

🔴 Stock: 525 HP / 530 Nm
🟢 Stage 1: 570 HP / 580 Nm
