MVB is now closed for a few weeks for summer break ☀️

The phone will be checked once a day only so please expect a delayed response.

If you contact us whilst we are away to get booked in for when we are back, please can you text the work phone as opposed to calling, providing us with the following:

-vehicle registration number
-what you would like to book in for
-your full name and address (if you are a new customer)

We are back open again on the 11th August 🚙

Whilst MVB can not personally perform your MOT we have an intermediary relationship with a MOT testing centre. We arrange and book the appointment, if your car fails it’s MOT we pick up the car and make the necessary repairs and return the car back to the MOT station for a re-test.

MVB do call outs for diagnosis. We have one call out a day available at 9am. Mike will come to your vehicle to diagnose your issues and then we will create an estimate cost for your repair. Book in today to get your car back on the road 🚙

We are back open tomorrow and have seen to have brought the sun back with us ☀️

As you can imagine working on cars in this heat can be challenging so we may need your car the evening before and/or bring it back a little later as we plan to start early and work in the evenings instead so Mike can escape the heat in the afternoons.

One part of the exhaust system is the flexi pipe. Over time these weaken and come away from the pipe and your vehicle may sound quite loud when driving.

This would also fail an MOT. Book your vehicle in today with MVB for your vehicle repairs 🚙

Please be aware due to the current fuel shortages we are noticing the prices of engine oil slowly increasing.

We are doing what we can to pass as much as of our trade discount as we can onto our customers but you may see an increase in the price of your oil compared to last year and if we give a price a few weeks or months in advance this may increase slightly when we actually do the work if the oil price has increased.
