Another one leaving the workshop the right way. ✅

After carrying out the necessary repairs, we completed a full dealer-level post repair diagnostic scan to ensure all vehicle systems were operating correctly and no faults remained stored within the control modules.

Customer: “Do you think I can make it home?”

Me: “Yeah… let me just drop the sump and have a quick look first.”

Removes sump…

💀 Conrod exited the chat.
💀 Engine internals scattered everywhere.
💀 Enough metal in the sump to start a scrapyard.

At this point we’re no longer talking about getting home… we’re talking about introducing this Range Rover to a replacement engine. 😭

Moral of the story: If your engine starts knocking, stop driving it. Sometimes that little noise turns into a very expensive window in the engine block.

Black Jaguar E-PACE came in with a coolant leak 👀💨

Come with me while I diagnose and replace the thermostat housing 🔧
Pressure tested the system, traced the leak, stripped down the front of the engine and installed a new thermostat housing assembly ✅

Refilled with fresh coolant, bled the system correctly and carried out final temperature checks & road test.

Another one diagnosed with purpose and repaired with intent 🛠️🔥

BMW 435i Convertible came in sounding like the engine was ready to retire 😅🔥

Customer complained of burning smell, oil leaks & rough running…
Found the rocker/valve cover leaking badly straight onto the exhaust 😳

New rocker cover fitted ✔️
New gasket fitted ✔️
Engine cleaned & checked ✔️

Now running smooth, no smoke, no leaks and back sounding like a proper BMW again 💨🛠️
