This VW UP came in for service with customer complaint of a droning noise and engine sounding noisy.

Found the rear bearing had failed causing the drone.

The exhaust flexi section had failed which was part of the catalytic converter.

Replaced the wheel bearing.

Installed a weld in flexi section to half the repair bill for replacing the complete catalytic converter.

Replaced front pads and disc, they were very corroded but got them cleaned up like new so the brakes work just like new ...

This was a valve stem seal replacement on a Mini Cooper N18 engine,due to excessive blue smoke from the exhaust. This was done in situ to save the labour and parts bill for removing the cylinder head. Get in touch for a quote.
