A customer brought their van in for Mot work after it failed it’s Mot test. We found a large hole in the inner rear wheel arch which looked like it had been filled with spray foam and painted over. So we had our nominated welder cut it all out and make new panels for it .

A Saab came in making funny noises which turned out to be a broken up alternator clutch pulley and a damaged belt tensioner that was so bad the drive belt was cutting into the side of the tensioner. So all repkaced and well again. Plus i fitted a new fuel filter and replacement rear window regulator for the customer which they supplied while it was here.

A new customer bought this camper van off facebook marketplace and it broke down on her 6 miles of buying it . she had it recovered over to me and i found No 1 diesel injector had blown out and was spraying diesel everywhere as it had broken it’s mounting bracket. All because someone had bodged the incorrect injector washer on the injector and not replaced the injector bolts. After taking it apart and re cutting the injector seat i fitted a reconditioned fuel injector with the correct sealing washer and new injector bolts which were all re torqued to the correct setting . Vehicle then ran perfectly and was collected by custoner .

Another new customer with a 2019 Ssangyong Musso who had their vehicle misdiagnosed by another garage and several points missed like brake pads almost out alternator tensioner had failed . They were also told the swirl flap actuator didnt work but an activation test soon showed it did work. They were very happy when my invoice was half what they had been quoted and I did the work they needed not what they didn’t need.

Another new customer who brought his Ford Ranger in for front brake discs and brake pads plus none working number plate light bulbs . He’d been quoted over £1000 for this work from a main dealer. We did it for half that price .
