A great turnout at MG Owners' Club today as the hazy sun shines on an incredible collection of Zeds and SVs as well as many other MGs from all eras. Seeing so many of these modern classics together in one place is the perfect way to mark this years milestone anniversary. 🚗💨

For , as we approach the 25th anniversary of the international Zeds launch, we’re looking back at the iconic line-up that was created when a brilliant engineering team were tasked with transforming three of it's standard models.

The formula was pure magic:
🟡 MG ZR: Brought serious hot-hatch attitude to the streets. With aggressive styling and lively handling, it instantly became a definitive icon of its generation.
🔵 MG ZS: Started as a family saloon, but engineers turned it into a pure apex-hunter. Famed for its razor-sharp chassis, it routinely outclassed far more expensive sports cars on the road and BTCC tracks.
🔴 MG ZT: Blended executive refinement with a serious sporting edge. From smooth V6 cruisers and Tourer estates to the absolute muscle of the rear-wheel-drive V8 models, the ZT proved executive travel didn’t have to be boring.

And let’s not forget that race-tuned V8 powerplant wrapped in a wild, wide-body carbon-fibre shell. The legendary XPower SV was pure, unapologetic automotive boldness. 🏎️ 💨

Today, these modern classics remain deeply cherished by enthusiasts, and this summer we celebrate their enduring legacy 25 years on.

A very interesting visitor currently at MG Owners Club. It's not an MG but a Lotus Elite finished in a striking green. What's more interesting is the car is missing an engine, as this classic has been fully converted to electric power! 🔋

We’re lucky to see so many incredible classic cars visit us, but this one certainly has a unique spark to it. ⚡
