📞 Returning calls

Hi guys, just wanted to put a post up apologising for any calls that have been missed / not returned over the last few days.

This week has been crazy busy and usually there would be both myself and Steve on hand to answer calls, give updates, price jobs ect…
I’ve been in the office on my own and on certain days I’ve had to leave early due to childcare.

The guys have been hard at work in the work shop as usual and I can’t fault them at all for getting through the workload that we’ve had booked in.
It’s the admin / customer service side that’s been lacking and that’s solely on me so I genuinely do apologise and appreciate everyone’s patience.

I’m back in the office right now putting together a call list of who I need to get in touch with before the weekend. If you’ve left us a message via Jodie, I am aiming to be in touch tomorrow sometime between 09:00 - 16:00.
If you have any further enquiries, feel free to message me via messenger and I’ll do my best to keep an eye on that also.

📞 Meet Jodie! 👋

We’ve recently introduced Jodie, our AI call assistant, to help us out when we can’t get to the phone.

We know nobody really wants to chat to a robot and we understand how frustrating it is.
When the the phone lines are busy or Aimee isn’t in the office, Jodie can take the details for us rather than you struggling to get through or not getting a response at all.

With the kids being off school, we’re struggling like most working parents are. Aimee will be in and out of the office over the next two weeks, so you may hear from Jodie a little more than usual!

Aimee can then skim through the information, get in touch with you and help with what is needed.

💙 Thank you for your patience

Just a little update from us…

Our little boy has been unwell over the last few days, which has meant I’ve needed to take some time away from the office and, on occasions, leave earlier than planned.

Because of this, reception hasn’t always been manned and unfortunately some calls have been missed. I’m back in tomorrow (hopefully) and I’ll be working my way through calls and messages, so if you’re waiting to hear back from me, I haven’t forgotten about you!

The workshop is still running as normal and the boys are cracking on with all booked-in work.

Hopefully things will be back to normal very soon. In the meantime, thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we juggle family life and the garage. 💙

Many of you know we’re usually the ones supporting local clubs, charities and fundraisers…
but this time, it’s our turn to personally ask for a little support ❤️

Our beautiful girl, Millie, along with her amazing team mates will be travelling to Belgium this October to compete in Jiu-Jitsu. 🥋🇧🇪

This Saturday we’ll be at Morrisons, Llanelli bag packing to help raise funds towards the cost of getting the team there, along with everything else that comes with representing their country overseas.

Millie will be there from 10am–1pm, with the rest of the team fundraising throughout the day from 10am–4pm.

If you’re popping to Morrisons, we’d love for you to come and say hello. Whether it’s a donation, letting the team pack your bags, or simply wishing them luck, every bit of support means the world and helps these young athletes chase their dreams.

Millie has however asked for the bucket to be brought in to work until Saturday so that will be placed in reception until end of the day Friday for anyone who can’t make it Saturday but would like to donate to her.

Customer notice; phones will not be manned today!

We’ve escaped the garage…. and the kids to celebrate Aimee’s birthday!

The garage is still open as normal and the boys are busy in the workshop, but the phones won’t be manned while we’re away.

If your vehicle is with us and it’s ready for collection, one of the team will give you a call. Other than that, they won’t be available to provide updates while they’re busy in the workshop.

If you call or message us, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in on Monday.

Unfortunately, the heat in the workshop has now become unbearable for the team.

We’re going to continue working until 1:00pm today, with Steve staying until 2:00pm for vehicle collections.

Steve will be contacting everyone whose vehicle is ready to collect today. If you haven’t heard from him, your vehicle will be ready for collection tomorrow.

We know this isn’t ideal, but the safety and wellbeing of our team has to come first in these temperatures.
