🏆 SimRace1 Hot Lap Leaderboard Update: Donington GP! 🏆

Huge congratulations to our top driver, Monty (Kian M), who took the #1 spot on the Donington GP board with an incredible lap time of 1:32.440! As the overall leader, Monty is officially the Best in the West! 🏁✨

It was an absolute battle of precision and pace to the finish:
* Bobby G. pushed Monty all the way, finishing just 0.06 seconds behind with a blistering time of 1:32.500! 🏎️💨
* David L. made a heroic late dash to the winner's line, clocking a 1:33.239—given a little more time, who knows what could have happened! ⏱️⚡

* Corey E. (1:39.360) – Our #1 Formula 1 and Ferrari fan jumped in the hot seat, put in the laps, and made his mark on the board! 🐎🔴

* Tomas P. (1:35.141) proved he’s got real race craft and natural pace in the tank—definitely one to watch out for! 🎯⚡

* And Josh C (1.33.997) who posted a great time in preparation for his 3rd visit to the Nordschleife this year. Different track yes, it's a state of mind getting ready for the big day at SimRace1.

PS: A Fast and Furious Event is in the works. We're thinking of doing two - one GT3 class and a separate Formula 1 class..can we get enough entrants to enter both..mmm..

Elyfn Evans the greatest of Welshmen, and Scott Martin the greatest of Englishman - as a proud Welsh tiny business we'll forgive Scott for being English 😄.. But when it comes to the Six Nations not so much. 😁

UWTSD Karting Society with us tonight - F1 2025, Formula Renault and finishing in a tin top racing the Ginetta G40 Junior around Brands Hatch.

Could be your group University or not - we have as many locals use SimRace1 as we do students. Work, college, family, blah blah blah you get it

Anyhoo, we really need a UWTSD v Swansea University Competition...

Will it happen, will we get the F1 Brazilian track Interlagos working in PC2. FEELING GOOD, FEELING LUCKY! *been here before many a time, don’t bank on it 🤣*

If we do it, it will be miracle but at the moment the cars are ten miles up in the air. 🤪

Our successes so far is we now have F1-2025 and F1-1996 fully working and aside from Interlagos we’re also working on adding the F1 2006, F2008 and F2011 vehicles! Also working on the Italian track Targa Florio all 72km of it - google it.

EDIT: Still not back on so that's us done for the day - closed.

Our internet provider has had an outage so we can't log in to give us full access. Apparently we're looking at mid afternoon until normal service resumes. Things usually like this don't bother us as we run everything on a Local Network Area but to do that the system has to log on once a day for that and because our setup is a little different to a home setup we're at the mercy of the internet gods So don't turn up guy as we can't promise you'll be able to race. 👍
