Booking your car into Rtec means you'll be charged for diagnostics. We know some folks might not realize this, especially if you've got a warranty or bought the car from a third party. If it's something obvious like a flat tyre, no problem! But if we need to troubleshoot, that takes time - time we could spend on other jobs or chasing up warranty claims. We're not trying to nickel and dime you, but we do need to cover our costs. We're a business that invests in the best equipment and training, and that's what sets us apart.
