Today we're celebrating a truly special milestone as Steve, turns 75! 🥳🎂

Back in 1982, Steve founded Hardwick Motor Company, and over four decades later, his passion, dedication and commitment are still at the heart of everything we do. The garage has never just been a business to Steve it's been his life's work, his passion, and his second home.

Throughout the years, Steve has built more than just a successful company he has made alot of friends along the way from customers, staff and suppliers alike .... If you know Steve, you'll also know that there's always music playing somewhere in the building and hear him singing along ... 🎶 His love of music, has took him on a few journeys and brought people to visit his collection in the corridors here at the garage .. it all helps to create the warm, friendly atmosphere that Hardwick Motor Company is known for.

Steve, thank you for your vision, your endless hard work and for everything you've done for your staff, your customers and our businesses over the last 44 years.

We hope today is filled with laughter, great memories, plenty of cake and some classics! 🎵

Celebrating our Harry's 10-Year Work-versary at Hardwick Motor Company

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Harry's 10-year work-versary with Hardwick Motor Company.

Over the past decade, Harry has been an invaluable member of our team, growing from a dedicated apprentice into a highly skilled and qualified mechanic. Throughout his journey, he has worked tirelessly to complete all of his training, qualifications and examinations, showing outstanding commitment to developing his knowledge and expertise. His determination, hard work and passion for the motor trade have made him a trusted technician and a fantastic colleague.

Harry's enthusiasm for cars doesn't end when the working day finishes. In his spare time, he's an avid motorsport enthusiast who loves taking his Volkswagen Golf to the race track. His commitment to improving both on and off the track has seen him achieve some fantastic race results, including race wins, proving that his passion for performance extends far beyond the workshop.

Whether he's diagnosing complex faults in the garage or chasing podium finishes on the circuit, Harry approaches everything with the same professionalism, dedication and positive attitude.

Thank you, Harry, for 10 years of loyalty, hard work and commitment to Hardwick Motor Company. We are incredibly grateful for everything you've contributed over the years and look forward to many more successes together ... Both in the workshop and on the racetrack.

🎉 COREY’S 11-YEAR FIX-A-VERSARY! 🎉

Spray guns and shattered heels … What a ride!

Today we celebrate Corey, the man, the myth, the master of metallics, who’s been spraying cars and spreading laughs at Fix Auto for a whopping 11 years!

From blending bumpers to perfecting pearlescent finishes, Corey’s paintwork is so flawless, even Mother Nature’s sunsets are jealous.
But this year, Corey decided to add a little drama to his anniversary celebrations... by having a “ small “ accident
Yes, folks … he’s now officially the only sprayer in history who’s been grounded by gravity and still managed to keep spirits sky-high.
We’re not saying he’s milking it, but rumor has it he’s considering a new nickname: “THE FALL GUY”. And while he might not be running any marathons soon, he’s still sprinting through paint jobs (from a seated position), possibly soon and tea breaks like a true Fix Auto legend.

So here’s to Corey 11 years of dedication, laughter, and now... possibly orthopedic footwear.
Stay off ladders mate, keep spraying magic, and never stop being the hurricane of fun that you are.

A Day of Heroes in the workplace (in High-Vis!) at Hardwick Motor Company Ltd 🛠️ The Tool Academy, Fix Auto

Today, the team swapped their hammers for bandages and their drills for defibrillators as we tackled our First Aid Training Day! 💪

Between practicing CPR, wrapping up “injured” teammates (who may have taken their acting roles a little too seriously), and learning how to handle everything from cuts to crisis, we discovered that saving lives is just another skill the groups toolkit.

Who knew compressions could double as a great arm workout? 💥
Who knew applying a bandage could turn into a competitive sport? 🏁
And who knew that “don’t panic” is easier said than done when your dummy patient won’t cooperate? 😅

Big thanks to our amazing trainer for keeping them laughing and learning all day long. We’re proud to say that our team is now officially ready to lend a hand.. safely now !!!

🚐💉 Heather was in the building… and no one was safe! 😂
Today, LATUS rolled up with their mobile clinic and tests .. no escape, not even behind the kettle. 🫣
That meant poking, prodding, and making sure the Fix Auto Sutton-in-Ashfield Hardwick Motor CompanyLtd team is still functioning healthy and happy

Thanks to Heather and the LATUS crew for keeping us upto date with our health checks. We’re all now officially certified: 100% 💪
