Today we headed over to Coventry to help a customer with their 2018 Mercedes SLC250d that was suffering from the all-too-common **AdBlue system issues**.

Today's job was this 2018 Vauxhall Combo 1.6 CDTi, suffering from the all too common AdBlue system faults.

📦 **Postal ECU Repair Completed – Hyundai i10 1.2 (2009) M7.9.8 ECU** 🔧

Today's job arrived all the way from **Lancashire** after the customer found us on eBay and saw the great reviews we've received for fixing these common faults.

The **Hyundai i10 M7.9.8 ECU** is well known for losing its immobiliser coding and even the VIN information stored in the ECU, leaving the vehicle as a complete non-starter with immobiliser fault codes.

We've repaired plenty of these over the years, so this one was no problem at all!

oh and a ford focus 1.0 eco boost was in for netural gearbox sensor and codes clearing as kept showing on the dash as always in gear when in netural all sorted within 20 mins with no codes stored and working perfect forgot to get pictures of this one

🔧 **Last Job of the Day!** 🔧

A **2014 Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDi** came in today suffering with **EGR and DPF faults**, constant anti-pollution warnings, engine management light and limp mode.

After discussing the options, the customer chose to have a **full EGR delete** along with a **DPF removal and software solution**.

On these Partner vans, the DPF can be removed from underneath by undoing the clamp, allowing us to clear it out while **leaving the catalytic converter in place** to help keep smoke to a minimum.

Once everything was refitted, we applied the software solution to correctly remove the DPF and EGR functions from the ECU.

✅ No more anti-pollution messages.
✅ No more limp mode.
✅ No more engine management light.
✅ Hardly any smoke.
✅ Back to running exactly as it should.

🚗 **2017 Vauxhall Viva TPMS Fault Fixed!** ✅

This customer came to us after another garage had been unable to solve an ongoing TPMS issue.

The TPMS warning light was constantly flashing, and only **2 out of the 4 tyre pressures** were displaying on the dashboard.

After carrying out a full diagnosis using our **Autel MaxiTPMS** equipment, we checked all four sensors and found that **3 sensors were transmitting correctly**, but the **rear left sensor wasn't sending any signal at all**.

A genuine replacement TPMS valve/sensor was fitted, and because these Vauxhall Viva models use **433MHz sensors** that require coding and relearning via their unique serial numbers, we programmed all four sensors back into the vehicle and completed the relearn procedure.

New set of wheel trims also and she was back on the road :)

✅ All four tyre pressures are now displaying correctly.
✅ TPMS warning light completely gone.
✅ System operating exactly as it should.

Another happy customer back on the road after being told elsewhere the fault couldn't be fixed! 💪

A local garage just over the road popped in needing a quick turnaround on a
2008 Seat Leon TFSI fitted with a MED9.1 ECU.

Unfortunately, the original ECU had become damaged, so they sourced a replacement with matching part numbers and brought it to us for an **Immobiliser Off solution**.

✅ EEPROM programmed on the bench.

This **2020 Land Rover Discovery** came in after the garage next door diagnosed a **cracked DPF**.

After discussing the options, the customer decided to have the DPF removed and gutted by the garage while we took care of the ECU software.
