To protect your personal data, the guidance makes it clear you should:

only need to share your driving test booking reference number with the other learner driver you want to swap tests with.

you should never give your driving licence number, theory test pass certificate number, address, phone number, email address or payment card details to another learner driver

Please take note.

You may be able to swap your car driving test with another learner driver by phone if you both already have a test booked and want each other's test slot.
