Feedback:

Joanna Asia Bell: Keatha is honestly amazing! 🤍 I was quite a nervous driver and struggled with a lot of anxiety, but Keatha helped me overcome that and build my confidence behind the wheel.

She tailored the lessons to focus on my weaknesses while still making sure we continued practising the things I’d already mastered. She is incredibly patient, reassuring and supportive. She takes the time to explain things properly, makes sure you feel comfortable, but also knows when to push you out of your comfort zone when needed.

Honestly, I don’t think I would have passed without her! 🥹 It’s been lovely getting to know her throughout this journey, and I’ll genuinely miss our lessons. I’ll definitely be waving if I spot you on the road hahaha! 😂

100% recommend Keatha to anyone looking for a patient, supportive instructor who genuinely cares about helping you succeed and is fun! 🤍 thank you!!! ###

From 1 October, the process for how learner drivers can swap their driving test is changing.

The change will remove the need for learners to coordinate their availability and will make the process smoother and less stressful.

To request a swap, the first learner driver will still need to call DVSA. The second learner will then need to call DVSA on the same working day to confirm they're happy with the swap.

DVSA can only process the swap if both learners call DVSA on the same working day.

Previously, both learners needed to be available at the same time to make the swap.
