You may or may not be familiar with this car, its been around for a long time in my life, and the drifty scene, due to me being involved with Drift outlaws , jdm all stars , nissan extreme, and of course BDC. i was often seen at start lines scrutinnering, track management and generally building cars...

Well shes come back to the north east, in a state but back, add me subscribe and watch as we build her back up again and probably mess up a million times, along with laughs giggles and wtaf moments

Soo further on from a previous post about turbo things for my 2jz , unbolted, a mock up turbo , eww , is this a normal thing to do ??

And what is this fl**ge t2 ? Or ....

Its huge, So pulsar turbo but with a bigger twinscroll rear housing ... ?

Or get the twinscroll and re weld the approptiate fl**ge to the manifold ?

I have to redo the gate as needs to go forwards not back into wjere the colum is, american manifold n lhd im assuming it was for .

So even though its minus 2 in here were still at it ! Just ....

Trying to defrost this 19ft monster to do more of its rewire .....

The classic mini, were down to the final bit of wiring (stupid period wiring on clocks is now gone) all wiring is new , now has led in all light points.

Then rewire the heated seats fit dash up after rewiring all the rocker switches, god knows why the last garage cut it all up ! , then rebuild center console and bolt it all up back together , ready for mot !!!!

And customers wonder why there is such long hours on jobs .....

So some uodates on the projects this week

We finally sussed out a working dash board combo for the mini

Added a satin black to thebclock surround and used the original carbon dash, the satin matchs the extra guages trims , it kind of balances it out

Added new led bulbs in holders to the guages, we also added new led indicator bulbs for the direction and high beam.

We've daisy chained the wiring to the leds and made a new circut so that there is specific good earths thruout the panel itself, tied to the stereo extra guages and original dash clocks.

We have added power take offs to the stereo's seperate constant 12v and ignition 12v wires, Always handy to have take offs making it future proof .

Added color coded speaker plugs so they go to the specific locations and crossovers in the car audio system, stripped away any unnessacary original guage wiring and added a new dash connection that will go into the new loom fitted in this lil rocket of a mini .

Work finished for the day, engine loom separated out and all the original wiring removed.

Air ride wiring left in place as its all new .
