We at Daniel pipers are excited to announce, we are looking ahead to the future!! After successfully completing and passing his level 3&4 qualification in hybrids and Electric vehicles. Ewan can help diversify the workshop by being qualified, safe and have the knowledge to work on these types of vehicles. Aswell as being on the IMI (Institute of the motor industry) tech safe register. Any hybrid or electric vehicle queries please feel free to contact us.

A customer recently came to us with an engine management light illuminating intermittently. After carrying out non intrusive testing we pin pointed the fault to be timing!
In this case the timing belt tensioner had failed and allowed the belt to jump a tooth, fortunately the fault was found and rectified before serious engine damage occurred!
The vehicle is only 6 years old but close to the recommended mileage that the timing is due to be changed.
Whether it's MOT, servicing, repairs or diagnostics give us a message 👌

Normal hours are being resumed 8-5 Monday-Friday.

I hope all our customers and friends have managed to stay safe in these strange times. The safety of staff and customers are a priority, we have implemented some changes closely following UK guidelines.

Good morning,
We hope all our customers and friends are well during these tough times. It comes with regret that as of 30/03/2020 we will be closing our doors for a period of time as many parts companies are also closing and keeping to government guidelines makes it very difficult to remain operating as normal. We feel that getting in and out of many cars a day further adds risk to us, yourselves and our families.
As soon as we feel it's viable we will continue work as normal and look forward to seeing you all on the other side
