Bentley bentayga in for a small repair on the lower section of the tailgate . Being aluminium it was being rather difficult for a pdr repair to be carried out so repair was decided to be carried out . Keeping everything as local as possible and avoiding any unnecessary strip down on trims and seals being disturbed. All repaired and back

Daimler dart came in 12 months ago with a bad case of Water / moisture exposure of which required a full strip down of paint and fibre glass.

Upon removal we discovered moisture pockets in the gel coat and fibreglass of which would recirculate it self down the line on a hot
Day . After drying out for a few
Months we baked and sealed up with expoxy primer of which was left to set and monitored
Closely.

Once finalised we began the process of reshaping all the joins on the car , gaps and fitment on all the panels and body accessories.

With the body shell all repaired and fitment is good , we began with reface /
Primer stages to get a straight foundation for our top coat to applied . Once this was done we finalised with test fitment of all panels and trim
To confirm fitment before paint.

With its topcoat )2k solid applied and left to settle . We Gently de nibed and polished the body shell and panels to leave a medium to small
factory peel effect for the customer ..

With all the panels on the car and windscreen ,
We are happy for how this dart has turned out
For which we are looking forward to seeing this completed in its former glory 🙂
