about time for an update!

Very quiet on socials as been recovering from an Injury back in april resulting in needing knee reconstruction surgery - I do NOT recommend!
From being in a leg brace and not being able to move my leg/put any weight on foot for first 2 months to then relearning to use my leg/walk (very weird your brain telling your leg to do something to then not get a response from said leg) 🤣 many more details yous don't need to hear about - you get the idea! - never experienced or want to experience that kind of pain again!

Mentally VERY challenging and possible one of hardest things to deal with not just the injury but the stress of now running a physical business with a fully booked workshop/transport/recovery business when I'm stuck in a bed in my living room because I can't move.

Luckily I had the absolute hero Innes Deal join me about 10 months ago who's been with me learning my ways with the job who stepped up (Didn't have much of a choice) and for many weeks worked a 2 man's week constantly - even with all the added stress for him I was receiving excellent reviews and mentions about his standard of care to the job / to the customers - some businesses can never find staff like innes but I get to call him a best friend too 🤙

Wrapping it up now - I am now off crutches and walking (just) alot more training to go BUT I am back at work 💪💪

We've also got some new plans coming to AJR 👀
