Sun is shining but the work never stops!!

2009 TRANSIT - In for a coolant leak that only happens over night - no leaks under a pressure test, no leaks when its running.

After being left in the workshop over night the leak finally shows itself! A previous repair using a copper fitting from the house hold plumbing bin.. new fittings fitted with the correct ones! New clamps and tested!

Back on the road putting smiles on people's faces!! Happy days!!

AUDI A3 - 2.0TDI

Customer dropped this one off for some maintance work and a oil leak behind the crank pully. Gave the option of replacing the oil pump belt whilst there as it sits in the oil and will break down over time...

Check out the bits of belt that had blocked the oil pick up!!

All cleaned out, new oil pump belt, cambelt & water pump ect! All filters changed!!

Good to go again for another few more miles!!!

PLEASE STOP IGNORING THE AUTOMOTIVE CRIES!!

2005 RENUALT CLIO

Customer came in with complaints of the front suspension feeling loose and some funny noise when stopping.

He was indeed correct, front shocks completely had it but this is the condition of the front brake pads...

Please dont ignore them Squealing brakes!!

clutch peddle kept dropping to the floor, previous garage replaced the master cylinder and the fault came back within the week.

Brief look under the car to see fluid leaking between the engine and gearbox.

Clutch kit replaced and returned to the customer the same day!

FORD TRANSIT 2007

Previous works completed before the owner bought the van that caused the valve cover to be cracked, when removing the injectors we found that they had used some type of copper to create the injector seals.. how this worked i have no idea!!

New injector seals, valve cover and gasket, fresh oil, filter and engine bay clean! No more leaks for this one!!

We had been called out to see why this beast wouldn't go in gear... suspected internal slave failure. Recovery arranged and in to the workshop!

Gearbox removed to inspect the clutch to find water had been getting through between the engine and gearbox causing the clutch to rust and sieze solid!

This one came in for handbrake failing and the car rolling into the veichle in front..

Full teardown found 3 out of 4 slide pins siezed on the rear and a snapped cable!

New cable installed - front and rear brakes stipped, cleaned of all rust and road grime build up.

Good as new!!
