Proud Dad Moment

My boy has been working with me at Young Guns Motorcycles since September.

Since then he's been learning practical skills, responsibility, customer service, independence and what it takes to run a business. He's earning his own money and developing confidence every day.

Alongside this, he attends a learning centre for Maths, English and Science, and will go on to achieve recognised qualifications in motorcycle mechanics.

Most importantly, he's happy, motivated and thriving.

This photo was taken on his birthday back in April with his Snap-on toolbox and starter tool kit. Watching him grow in confidence and capability has been one of the most rewarding things I've experienced as a dad.

Not every young person learns best in the same environment. Sometimes they just need the opportunity to learn in a way that works for them.

I'm incredibly proud of him. 💙🏍️

The Yamaha MT-07 is one of the most popular middleweight naked bikes on the road, powered by Yamaha's fantastic 689cc CP2 twin-cylinder engine producing around 72bhp with loads of usable torque and character.

Fitted with an IXIL aftermarket exhaust which gives the CP2 engine the soundtrack it deserves.

Yes — we’re open over Easter 👍
This is one of the busiest times of year with bikes coming out of winter, so it makes more sense to be here getting people sorted.

Servicing is fully booked this week, but we can still fit in MOTs.
