Using this great new transmission stabiliser bush tool from Laser 6250
Only shown here on demo as this tool removes and installs the bushes in place. Used on many VAG vehicles

2019 at Le Mans 24 hour, hydrogen fuel was announced as a new fuel category.
We knew that someone had whispered in the ACO’s ears to ask for the possibility I just didn’t know who.
As it’s been throughout racing history race test on Sunday production Monday, motor racing has giving manufacturers a test bed for tech like laser headlamps on Audi, FSI direction injection, ABS, traction control.
Why hydrogen not full battery
Better range
Quicker recharge/refill
Plus
let’s not forget the worlds governments, hydrogen will be dispensed they can tax us on it, as that’s a lot of revenue to loose.

With VAG petrol fsi engines when you change a timing belt the camshafts need to be timed up correctly this tooling in conjunction with our VAS dealer tool allows timing adjustment to within spec commonly 0.00° +\- 1.5°
Without this you often get misfires and fault codes and the dreaded engine management light & ofcourse performance & emssions issues.

This genuine tooling with the additional tooling required for more recent engine additions is around £3000 investment but absolutly required to correct timing issues.
Please note we currently find 1/10 have timing out of spec at first belt change.
