Something “new” because we haven’t posted for a little while! Yes we are still here 🙋🏻‍♂️

Now we haven’t been shy at servicing DSG gearbox’s in the past, although the method we used was maybe “the old fashioned way” and although there is nothing wrong with this method it leaves some of the old oil always in the system as valve blocks,actuators etc all hold volumes of fluid. With this in mind we have been using and testing our new automated gearbox flush machine.

This machine allows us now on every gearbox service to remove nearly every last drop of oil, to then be flushed & new oil filled all while the cars operating changing gears at operating temperatures!

Now this is not a cheeper way of servicing but it is a more efficient way for your gearbox and will definitely improve longevity & drivability!

This machine is now in full use and able to offer this service on nearly any make/model of vehicle not only just the DSG fitted to the VAG group!

🚨🚨🚨 Road Closure update 🚨🚨🚨

We have had a response from Amey Highways and its not really what we wanted to hear, i quote

“Having spoken with our operations colleagues regarding your query they have responded saying that unfortunately due to the depth of treatment and work sequencing we wont be able to maintain access to the garage between 17th and 23rd September.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”

Dont really know what more to say as we dont know what we are going to do ourselves as of yet 👎🏻

We regret to inform our customers that the A77 outside the workshop is being closed for essential maintenance by Amey highways on the 17th of September until the 2nd of October, we are unsure how this is going to effect us and we hope to be operational in these times but unfortunately at this point we have not had a response from amey on how we are going to be able to come and go. We will keep you updated as much as we can! Thank you to all our Loyal customers private and also Trade 👍🏻 Martyn.
