👋 A little look inside the new Stourbridge office…

This is a big improvement on our old office at the back of Auto Repairs - no more walking through the workshop to get to us!

We’ve now got a much nicer space for customers to sit and wait if they need to, especially for MOTs at the new Viaduct site.

And you might notice a new face in the photo too… 👀
Emma joined us a few weeks ago and has settled in brilliantly. She’s been thrown straight in and has taken to it like a duck to water! She’s already a natural when it comes to looking after customers and keeping everyone organised.

⭐ Another lovely review from one of our long-standing customers.

Seven years of bringing their cars to us is a pretty good compliment in itself!

We know how stressful unexpected repairs can be, so we always try to keep things as straightforward as possible and help where we can, whether that’s working around timings or just keeping you updated on what’s going on.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review!

🚚 Not what you want to find on an MOT!

This Relay van came in to our Lye branch for its MOT and, while we were carrying out the brake test, the centre handbrake cable snapped.

Once we got it on the ramp, it was pretty obvious why. The cable was heavily rusted, and the rear adjuster cable was also badly corroded and starting to fray.

Both were replaced, the van was repaired and retested the same day. 👍

Just another example of an MOT picking up problems that you can't necessarily see when you’re driving around.

If you need an MOT or any MOT repairs doing, don't hesitate to give us a call

A little before & after at ACL…

We’ve been busy giving the garages a bit of a makeover!

Over the last few months, we’ve been updating, modernising and upgrading the sites, and we’re really pleased with how they’re looking.

The new ACL branding is going up, the garages are getting a freshen up and there’s still a few bits to finish off.

But don’t worry, we haven’t suddenly gone all fancy on you. 😂

It’s still us, doing what we’ve always done, just with much nicer signs!

Have a look at the before & afters and let us know what you think!

⭐ Another great review from one of our customers.

We always tailor the work we do to the car in front of us. If something doesn’t need replacing, we’re not going to change it just because it was originally on the list.

We’d much rather be honest about what your car actually needs and save you money where we can.

Really pleased this customer felt they’d been looked after and got a fair price too. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

📅 MOT due? Service due? We can remind you!

If you’re anything like us, remembering when your car’s MOT and service are due isn’t always top of the list. 😂

That’s why we offer a FREE, no-obligation MOT & Service reminder service

Just give us a call and ask for Holly or Becky and we’ll get it set up for you

No hassle, no obligation, just a handy reminder when it’s time to get your car booked in. 👍

One less thing to remember!

⭐ Another lovely review from one of our long-standing customers.

We’ve looked after this family and their cars for years, so it means a lot to know they continue to trust us, and even more that they regularly recommend us to friends and family.

That really is the best compliment we could ask for.

Thank you for supporting us over the years Ellie and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. ❤️🔧
