This is a full time position – 40 Hours per week, £28,000 per annum (~£13.46/hr) + commission.

Your Job
As an Operations team member, you will:
- Act as a leader across Account Development, Guest Relations and Fleet functions.
- Work as a functional member of each core domain, contributing to daily service delivery alongside Crew and Leads.
- Ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and deliver hands-on support within Account Development, Guest and Fleet activities according to need and priority.
- Maintain and grow our expanding account base.
- Support fulfilment of customer bookings, guest interactions and vehicle readiness.

- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalised and high-quality customer service.
