Location: Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
Position: Full-Time / Permanent - 40 Hours per week
Salary: £31,000

The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Vehicle Hire Manager to oversee the daily running of our busy hire office. The successful candidate will manage bookings, coordinate vehicle availability, and ensure customers receive an excellent service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage vehicle bookings, ensuring smooth coordination and scheduling
Assist with preparing and processing invoices and payments
Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Monitor vehicle returns and ensure fleet readiness
Support day-to-day office administration and record-keeping
Work closely with the team to ensure efficient operations
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using booking and invoicing systems (training provided)
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly manner
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Previous experience in administration, vehicle hire, or hospitality would be an advantage
