🎉 Meet Martin Graham!

This week, we're proud to introduce Martin Graham, our Garage Manager and MOT Tester at A&I Autos.

For the past 11 years, Martin has played an important role in keeping our workshop running efficiently. From planning the day's work and supporting the mechanics to carrying out MOT tests and ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service, Martin's experience and leadership help keep vehicles safely on the road.

Outside the workshop, Martin enjoys travelling to Glasgow with his daughter to watch Celtic FC. He also loves spending time with family and friends. While he insists he doesn't have a favourite office pet... we're not convinced! Luna and Kacie might have something to say about that. 🐾

Martin, thank you for your dedication, leadership and hard work over the past 11 years. Your knowledge, commitment and willingness to support both your colleagues and customers make you an invaluable part of A&I Autos. We truly appreciate everything you do.

🔧 Who's next in our Meet the Team series?

This week's featured team member has been keeping things running smoothly for 11 years.

From leading the workshop and organising the day's jobs to carrying out MOT tests and making sure every customer leaves happy, they play a key role behind the scenes at A&I Autos.

Outside of work, they're a passionate football fan who enjoys travelling to Glasgow to support Celtic with their daughter.

🐾 Meet Kacie – Our Official Welcome Committee!

If you've visited our office over the past few years, chances are you've already been greeted by Kacie.

At 7½ years old, Kacie, our beautiful black Flat-Coated Retriever, has become a much-loved part of the A&I Coaches. Whether she's welcoming drivers into the office, keeping an eye on the street from the window or making sure every visitor gets a friendly hello, she brings a smile to everyone she meets.

And yes... if you happen to have a biscuit in your pocket, don't be surprised if Kacie is the first to find it! 🍪🐶

When she's not busy supervising the office, she loves heading to the park for a run and catching up with her four-legged friends.
💙 Thank you, Kacie, for filling our workplace with wagging tails, happy smiles and plenty of unforgettable moments. You remind us every day that it's the little things- a warm welcome, a friendly face and a bit of joy- that make people feel at home.

🎉 The wait is over... Meet Audrey Malcolm!

Thank you to everyone who joined in with our first Meet the Team challenge this week.

We're proud to introduce Audrey, our Company Manager and one of the longest-serving members of the A&I family.

For around 25 years, Audrey has been at the heart of our business. Her journey began as a night-shift taxi driver and telephonist before progressing through office roles to become the Company Manager she is today. Her dedication, experience and commitment have helped shape the trusted local businesses they are today.

When she's not at work, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family, taking Luna and Kacie on adventures, open-water swimming, paddleboarding, gardening and giving back to the local community through the Stonehaven & District Lions Club.

Audrey, thank you for an incredible 25 years of hard work, loyalty and leadership. Your passion for the business, your support for the team and your dedication to our customers never go unnoticed.
