We are doing a sky dive for charity in July to raise funds for retired police and service dogs (since they get no pension and their owners often face ongoing costs of veterinary treatment). Please give anything you can afford, in support of this good cause, no amount too small! 🐶🐕🙏🏻💓

We are raising money for Hero paws - Life AFTER Hero paws - Life AFTER service who support ex Police, Fire & Rescue, Military and Service Dogs after retirement.

Many people are unaware that retired service dogs do not receive any financial support upon their retirement from the force they served with, meaning the responsibility for their care and vet bills fall solely to their ex-handler or new owner. Sometimes unable or at great expense to get pet insurance due to their working life, many are left with ongoing vet bills which can amount to thousands. Hero Paws provides much needed financial support to these unsung dog heroes and their owners to enable them to have a long and happy retirement.

Retired Police Dog Zak (German shepherd) is living his best life with David and Laura after serving six years with Police Scotland. He has a few ongoing health needs which Hero Paws are providing suppprt for.

We believe every retired dog deserves the best life after their service, which is why David has decided to raise funds and do a sky dive in aid of this great cause.
