With a team of in-house calibrators, we'll provide your vehicle with a high quality custom tune.

We have been tuning cars for over 10 years now, initially starting off with the aftermarket ECU's namely Motec (M48R Pro and the M800 Series), Apexi Power FC's and the GEMS ECU's. Due to many cars were off-road rally specificaiton or fast track day items these ECU's were perfect for finely tuning the cars with additional features such as anti-lag and launch control. These days whilst we can still

offer these services, we mainly concentrate on the OEM specification ECUs fitted in standard road cars from the likes of Bosch/Siemens/Delphi and Marelli (To name a small few!). Utilising the very latest OBD and BDM equipment from Dimsport, Alientech, Byteshooter,AMT Cartech and others we can safely and reliably custom remap your car to it's ultimate potential. We can cater for any modifications and each car is custom mapped to ensure optimum running at all times. We don't believe in pub-talk figures and concentrate mapping the cars for usable power and for optimum performance. Big news for Ford Transit, Ranger, Mondeo and Kuga owners with the 2021 onwards 2.0 EcoBlue engines.

The long-awaited SID212 / SID212 EVO unlock is now available, meaning we can now tune these ECUs directly in-house. There is no longer any need to send the ECU away or deal with long turnaround times.

Whether you are looking to increase performance or require an emissions solution, we are now accepting bookings for these vehicles.

Depending on the model, gains of up to 85hp and 100Nm are achievable, making this a worthwhile upgrade for many owners.

As always, all tuning is custom written in-house on the day specifically for your vehicle. We also provide before and after dyno printouts, along with full diagnostics and datalogging throughout the process.

Well that's us for 2025, another year done and it's been a busy one! Thank you to all our customers both old and new, we hugely appreciate your continued trust in bringing your vehicles in whether it be for tuning, diagnostics, repair or upgrades.

It's time for a well earned break then we'll be back at it in the new year with our usual high standard of tuning along with more Hyundai i20n development, standalone ECU tuning, and more offerings from both our Dyno cell and Workshop.

We appreciate we've been quiet on social media this year but we've just been so flat out it's hard to find the time with such a small team, but we'll aim to bring more content in the coming year.

Do you have a 2020-onward BMW and want it remapped? Good news.

We now offer a more affordable option for unlocking these ECUs. Although the ECU still needs to be sent away for the unlock, the new pricing starts from just £599. This provides a cost-effective alternative to the well-known FEMTO service, which previously cost over £1,000.

This 330d was lucky to have been built just before the FEMTO tuning protection came into place, so thankfully we were able to tune it for this customer.

The B57 found in the newer G series 30d is a brilliant engine that we love tuning, they are well designed from factory which results in some huge gains as seen on the dyno graph here. A huge 117nm torque gain at just 2000rpm and holding strong power out all the way to 5200rpm this saloon now makes quick progress down the road pulling hard through all gears.

We see these fairly regularly now, the Mazda Skyactiv-D which is infamous for having soft exhaust camshafts but only on the Variable Valve lobes. This wear causes poor MPG and power delivery once they wear down to this point as only 4 out of the 8 exhaust valves will open.

After checking the exhaust valves weren't seized we replaced with a new OEM camshaft and the later revision rockers. Injector washers were also replaced as part of this as they are a common wear item that causes issues with carbon buildup in the oil, which increases the speed at which the camshafts wear down.

Not a particularly small job but one we were happy to take on for this customer, getting them back on the road with a car driving like new!

Appreciate we've been quiet on social media lately however we have been absolutely flat out all year tuning your cars, developing on new platforms as they are released as well as re-vamping our entire workshop.

There has been no shortage of Hyundai i20 N's through our door ranging from bone stock hardware to various forms of intake, intercooler and exhaust mods fitted, we've tuned just about every combination possible this year.

Here's a few we've done recently including the most powerful stage 1 (stock hardware) car we've seen making 242hp and 408nm torque thanks to our recent development modifying some of the hard coded airflow limiters within the ECU that will allow us to push these cars that little bit further, especially those wanting turbo upgrades!
