We had this Peugeot expert recovered in to us due to timing belt failure. Unfortunately it had to have the cylinder head removed due to bending the valve and moving the lobes on the cams as they are sweated on. So we informed the customer of what was need and they approved the work so we cracked on replaced everything that needs to be replaced. Swapped the cams and cam chain foe the upgraded 8mm chain and got them back on the road

Citroen relay in for mot and full service unfortunately she failed mot on a few items. So we got all the repairs done and back for retest. This ones due to come back in a couple of weeks for timing belt water pump cam chains and clutch replacement

We had this nissan juke recovered in over the bank holiday with loss of power. How ever it was booked in for mot & service later that week so on the Tuesday we carried out a dtc read & found fault codes for timing correlation. So we priced it up and informed the customer of our findings and costs they authorised the required work. So it was time to crack on and get it back on the road but unfortunately once we stripped it down we found extensive damage to the timing chain cover where the chain had rubbed through. So we priced up a cover and informed the customer who was happy for us to carry on any way the cover turned up yesterday so it was time to put it all back together and mot it and get the customer back on the road and happy as she missed her car

This hilux come to us at the beginning of the year to have some welding done to the chassis for its mot so we had a look at it and informed the customer of there options one being that toyota will replace the chassis free of charge if its with in the effected chassis range. So the customer rang the local toyota dealer ask the question and to his surprise it fell in the chassis range so off to the local dealer it went for there inspection. After a couple of days we got a phone call asking if we could fetch it back from the dealer to carry out some required work before it could be sent back to the factory to have the chassis replaced. So replaced a couple of tyres some bulbs and carried out some welding repairs to the sills before removing the rear tub to replace the floor and cross members whilst it was away having the chassis replaced. Fast forward nearly six months and its back from toyota rear bed refitted and ready to go back to the customer
