We got a call Tuesday afternoon to a vauxhall mokka that was experiencing oil pressure warnings and loss of power so we went to the customers address on the way home from work as they live just around the corner and plugged in with the diagnostic equipment. Although we had a very good idea of what the issue was yes there was faults in it for oil pressure si we got it down to the garage and got the sump off to 100% confirm the fault yes the wet timing belt had degraded and filled the oil pump strainer with bits of belt. This one was particularly bad as it had managed to make its way up to the vac pump and cause the vac pump to fail aswell so with the customers consent we ordered all the necessary parts and got it back on the road for them as quick as we possibly could.

We had this little fiesta in yesterday customer complaining of handbrake not holding and excessive travel in the lever even after having the cables adjusted elsewhere so we slackened off the cables and stripped the drums off. Once off we found the n/s/r shoes to be completely worn out and the cables to be sticking also the n/s/r wheel bearing had collapsed and fell bits when we pulled the drum off. We informed the customer of our findings who agreed to the work to rectify his handbrake issues.

We had this ford smax come in with none start issues once warm as soon as we opened the bonnet we saw the issue. Injectors have been chuffing for some time so we had to start picking away at the carbon so we could get to the plugs and spill pipes. Once enough carbon was removed we used pneumatic injector puller to safely remove the injector once we removed the chuffing injector and a bit more cleaning. We removed the rest of the injectors recut the sealing face and replaced all four copper seals plastic guides injector bolts and spill off rail all rebuilt toad tested and made sure it starts when up to temperature.
