🔧⚡ Tesla in for diagnostic – heater not getting hot! ⚡🔧
This Tesla came to us with an issue where the heaters weren’t producing any heat.
Our in-house EV-trained technician diagnosed the fault as a faulty PTC heater.
A genuine replacement PTC heater was ordered, along with a new service cover.
⚠️ As the PTC heater is a high-voltage component, the vehicle was safely shut down before we began work.
We stripped the vehicle down to gain access, replaced the faulty heater and carefully rebuilt everything.
Once complete, we ran the required protocol to tell the vehicle a new heater had been fitted, followed by an HVAC performance test.
✅ Heaters now working exactly as they should!
Ready for those colder mornings ahead. 🥶❄️

Another one from the VAG group showing up with a common suspension issue!
During the MOT, we found the suspension arm bush had completely separated from the arm, leaving excessive movement in the suspension.
This type of suspension wear is a known MOT issue on the Up!, with worn suspension bushes featuring regularly in MOT failure data.

During the MOT, we found a serious issue with both front suspension arm rear bushes — they had completely detached from the suspension arms! 😳
We carried out the repairs:
✅ 2x new suspension arms fitted
✅ Wheel alignment carried out
✅ MOT retest completed
✅ Back on the road! 🚗💨
