**Management Update**

With regards to removal of wheel Nuts / Bolts in the case of any wheels we remove, either Wheel Refurbishment or Brake Caliper Refurbishment if the Nuts or Bolts are too tight and we simply cannot remove them the Refurbishment will nolonger go ahead and the customer will be contacted to collect your vehicle same day when convenient for us both and any time we've spent in labour trying to remove the wheels this will be charged for a whole hours labour @ £35.00 or if we break an Impact Socket in the event of this happening whilst trying to remove the wheel Nuts / Bolts the customer will be charged for a replacement Impact socket tool also @ £23.00 for the cost to replace it

In the event of any of the wheel Nuts / Bolts which have been Rounded off from a previous wheel Removal / Refit by another company or yourself ""We will Not Accept Any liability for any costs incurred of Removal or Replacement Nuts / Bolts"" this is down to the owner of the vehicle to have them removed /replaced at their own costs.

We can however have the Nuts / Bolts removed by a local Garage who charges a standard Fee of £50.00 Plus Vat per wheel for this Service plus an additional cost of any Replacement Nuts / Bolts needed if are damaged in the event of removal taking place which will be billed directly to the customer from the Garage and not by us.

This is only in unusual circumstances which doesn't always happen but occasionally it can depends on how tight the wheel Nuts / Bolts have been set to before which a requirement it is normally set to 110nm Torque.

We at Paint Tech Repairs will not be accepting any liability ref any of the above as clearly stated.

On instances like this photos or when possible a Video will always be taken to cover ourselves as evidence incase this being escalated by the Customer and will be kept on our records.
