Giving this classic Mini another 10+ years of life 🚗✨

With this one being the owner’s daily driver, we kept repairs carefully localised to stay within budget and hit a tight turnaround. From start to finish, we had just two weeks — so rather than replacing full panels, we repaired only what was necessary, preserving the original upper sections and keeping disruption to a minimum.

🔧 VW T2 Single Cab Restoration – Part 2 of the VW T2 Single Cab restoration is now complete. This stage involved body prep and painting, then extensive detailed fitting up of mostly new items. And completion of the project delivered to the customers door step.

🔧 VW T2 Single Cab Restoration – Part 1 of the VW T2 Single Cab restoration is now complete. This stage involved extensive welding and fabrication work — including replacement of the full cargo floor, new loading bed floors, and associated panel repairs throughout the body.

All corroded sections were cut out and replaced with formed panels, welded and treated for long-term protection. The structure is now solid and ready for the next phase of restoration.
