ished in 1983. We have been restoring classic & vintage cars since 1977. Our workshop is fully equipped with the latest tools and skilled motor & bodywork engineers with many years of experience under their belts. Constantly striving for perfection, we have a keen eye for detail and have worked hard to build up an impressive portfolio. We have been awarded numerous concours d`elegance for vintage and classic cars throughout our history. We have specialised in all models of Austin Healey for many years, however, A.H. Sprites, Rolls Royce, E-Type Jaguars & MG's are also a few of our specialities. No vehicle however, is too rare or unusual, we have also helped customers produce one off vehicles, from an extremely rare Delage D8S, (One of only three built and two remaining in the world) to the Austin Healey BN3, (A prototype test bed car which was used to test new concepts for the 100S as well as later Healeys) to a Ford Es**rt mkIIII (This car had a one off body kit shaped, moulded and blended into the car then finished with House Of Kolor chameleon paint). Using experience gained over many years working on a wide range of vehicles, our skilled team has the knowledge and experience of all aspects of restoration and repair to revitalise your classic or vintage vehicle. Whether that be engineering & drivetrain, electrical, chassis, bodywork, paintwork, brakes & suspension or general mechanical work, we know what it takes to get your vehicle restored to its full potential. We also keep a photographic record of your vehicle throughout the different stages of restoration, meaning you can compile a complete history of the work that has been done to your vehicle. As well as providing full or part restoration services for all classic and vintage vehicle owners, at Merlin Classic Cars we are also pleased to offer routine MOT servicing & full or partial inspections, engine & carburettor tuning, gearbox & differential overhauls, full race preparation & race day services, minor body & paint repairs, body styling, interior trimming, bespoke component & panel fabrication, vehicle transportation, insurance repairs, valuations and various other services that might not be listed on the website.
