Many congratulations to Joe Ryder, who passed his driving test first time today at West Didsbury test centre. Double celebration as its his birthday. Joe came to me exactly 1 month ago today after some 'challenges ' with a previous instructor. He was nowhere near test standard but took quite a few extra lessons and put tonnes of hard work in. Totally focused on his goal. Brilliant job under the circumstances, all the best Joe
